How can I get shipping information?

It usually takes 1-3 business days to prepare and produce your bracelet from the time we receive your orderOnce it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you have not received this code, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please contact us athanmora@hanmora.com  and we will assist you in tracking

I like a bracelet but it is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

Contact us and we can check if we have any small quantities left in stock, or help you find a suitable replacement bracelet.

I would like to return the product

We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee for all bracelets purchased on www.hanmora.com. You have 15 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to request a refund. After 15 calendar days, you cannot return the item. As jewelry is usually worn close to the body, we do not usually support unconditional returns except for quality issues. If there are any product quality issues, please contact us by email and we will answer your questions.
